Heartsaver: Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Online & In-Person (Blended)
All Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course options teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA Course Completion Card.
Is AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED the right course for me? Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone involved in childcare who has a duty to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Including childcare workers, camp counselors, etc. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
The online and in-person skill session combination course includes an online component that's available for completion at any time (completion required before the skills session) and an in-person skills session. The skill sessions normally last approximately 30-60 mins. The training will be held at your facility/place, which must be equipped with the space, Wi-Fi, and a TV big enough to view during training. AHA requires students to have their own current copy of the course student manual for certification in CPR, First Aid, and Advanced Cardiovascular Care.

Clothing:
It is recommended that you wear clothing that is comfortable. During this class you will be getting down and up from the floor, kneeling on your knees, etc.
If you do not receive an online keycode (class) via email within 24 hours after registration, contact Compress The Chest CPR at [email protected]. Certificate of Completion (Printed Copy) must be presented the day of class, or you will not be allowed to participate. Once you complete the online portion, you must select a date from "Skills Session" for your assessment.
